Below are the quick answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

What are the required procedures for picking up the car?

You must bring a valid driver’s license, passport, a valid means of payment (generally via credit card or cash), and sign a rental agreement.
A short explanation of the vehicle will be provided, and the vehicle will be checked for existing scratches or other damages together with the user. The rental car can be used as soon as the inspection has been completed.

Can I pick up or return the car outside of opening hours?

Yes. Pick-up and drop-off are possible after business hours with an extra fee of NAF. 50,-. Our office in Rooseveltweg #184 will be open after hours. Please notify us in advance!!!

Can I rent a car without a reservation?

Yes, as long as a vehicle is available in the station; however, we recommend making a reservation because no vehicle may be available during busy periods.

 

Is there a fee it i need to change my reservation?

There is no fee if you change your reservation, but please make the changes two days prior.

 

Is there a fee for cancellation or changing a reservation?

We do not charge a fee when you cancel or change a reservation, but please if you want to cancel or change the date do it two days prior to the booking date.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, we rent our vehicles with a deposit, and it varies per vehicle.

What is the minimum driver's age?

The minimum driver’s age is 24.

 

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, with their valid driver’s license.

 

Do you charge for additional drivers?

No, but the additional driver must be 24+ and must have a valid driver’s license.

Opening hours?

We are open from 8:00 – 18:00 Monday till Saturday at Rooseveltweg #184 & Koraalspecht weg 24. On Sunday we are only open from 9:00 – 13:00 at Rooseveltweg 184.

What to do in case of an accident?

When there is an accident leave the car as it is and call 199 and then call the office at +59998880199 or towing truck at +59995148555.

Can I rent a baby seat?

Yes, this is possible.
A baby seat costs $6,- per day.

What if I forget something in the car?

In case you forgot your belongings in the car and you are abroad you need to pay the shipping fee.

 

Can I rent a GPS?

Unfortunately not. But we recommend downloading maps.me or using Google maps.

What payment options are there?

Master Card, Maestro, Visa.
No American express.

Is self-service check-in possible?

Unfortunately not.

We don’t have a self-service check-in.

Is leasing possible?

Yes, contact us for more information.

What additional services are available?

Pick up & drop off at the airport or at your accommodation during office hours 8:00-18:00.

We don’t have an office at the airport, so if you would like to be picked up at the airport, upon arrival you must wait for us in front of Wendy’s and notify us in advance that you arrive so we pick you up in front of Wendy’s.

What to do if you arrive late (e.g. delayed flight)?

If there is a delay we will track the flight or call us in advance that there will be delay when you arrive we will pick you up but keep in mind if it is after our business hours we will charge you a NAF 50,- fee for late pickup.

What should I do if I am unable to return the car with a full tank?

You may return the vehicle to the station as it is, but the refueling fee predetermined by the company in accordance must be paid.
